Squerl!

Overview

Squerl! ("the app") is a personal to-do list manager developed by HCETech. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it.

Summary

Squerl! does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any of your data. Everything you enter — tasks, categories, steps, due dates — stays in a local database on your own device. The app has no server, makes no network requests, and has no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind built in.

Data Storage

Tasks, categories, task steps, due dates, durations, and completion status are stored in a local database on your device, inside the app's private storage area. No account or sign-in is required or supported. No data ever leaves your device — the app does not have internet access permission and cannot transmit data even if it wanted to.

Third Parties

Squerl! does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. No data is shared with anyone, because no data leaves the device in the first place.

Permissions

Squerl! does not request any device permissions beyond what the operating system requires to install and run a standard app, such as storage for its own local database, which is private to the app and not accessible to other apps.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.

Deleting Your Data

All app data is deleted automatically when you uninstall Squerl!, or you can delete individual tasks and categories from within the app at any time.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds an optional cloud sync feature — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
