Squerl!
Squerl! is a personal to-do list and task manager built for people who want more structure than a plain checklist, without the overhead of a full project management tool. Tasks can carry due dates, estimated durations, and their own sub-steps — each with a duration of its own — so a single task can represent a whole multi-part job, not just a one-line reminder.
Recurring responsibilities are handled natively, with daily, weekly, or monthly repeat rules. Categories are color-coded and can be nested into sub-categories, making it easy to filter the task list down to exactly what matters right now — work, home, errands, or whatever categories fit your life. Pick from five built-in color themes, or set a custom color with the built-in color wheel, and check things off with a little acorn instead of a plain checkbox. The app runs on both Android and Windows from a single codebase, with a clean interface that follows your device's light or dark theme automatically.
Everything is stored locally on your device, with no account and no cloud sync required — your task list stays private and available offline, exactly where you left it.
